Booking and Confirmation
Grand Rapid Car Service provides premium transportation in Michigan and the Grand Rapids Area. The following terms apply whenever you book or use our services.
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation via email, text, or phone call. By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Payment
Unless other arrangements are made, payments should be made in full at the time of reservation or as agreed upon. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Refunds may not be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Service Changes and Delays
While we strive for perfect punctuality, Grand Rapid Car Service is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, extreme traffic, or mechanical breakdowns. In such cases, we will communicate changes to you as quickly as possible.
Liability
Grand Rapid Car Service is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Conduct and Safety
We expect all clients to maintain a respectful and safe environment for our chauffeurs and other passengers. Unlawful activity, smoking, or abusive behavior in our vehicles is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
Grand Rapid Car Service reserves the right to refuse service to any person for safety or policy violations.
Privacy and Data Use
We respect your privacy. Any information submitted during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely to facilitate your transportation and improve our service.
Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.
