These services are available subject to confirmation and will only be given through Grand Rapids Car Services via email, text, or phone call. The acceptance of these terms and conditions occurs when a customer gets a confirmed booking.
Unless other arrangements are agreed upon reservation payments should be made in full to the date the reservation is made. We allow payment through credit/debit cards and other Part- approved payment applications.
Ride cancellation must be done in 24 hours after booking a ride. Refunds will not be applied if the ride is not canceled within 24 hours of the booking process. If a refund is due, this will be completed within between 7 to 10 days.
While using the services provided by Grand Rapids Car Services, clients agree to the fact that the company may change or even cancel the services when there are some conditions beyond control like unfavorable weather conditions, traffic jams, or car breakdowns. Where a modification of services takes place, we will strive to inform all clients of the changes at the earliest convenience.
Grand Rapids Car Services will not be held responsible for all special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability is further limited to the amount of money paid to cover the book service.
Expectations of the client include but are not limited to safety and being polite to the therapist as well as other clients. It is strictly prohibited to abuse or use unlawful activity while using our services, and an inability to remove oneself from such activity will lead to the cancellation of service while not offering a refund of the online sessions. Grand Rapids Car Services, has the right to decline its services to any person for any reason or for no reason at all, especially when the client’s safety is an issue.
We appreciate your right to privacy and do everything we can to secure your information. The information submitted when booking will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We don’t distribute your data to third parties without your permission, but it is possible in some cases, prescribed by law.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date that you access this website and may be revised by Grand Rapids Car Services at any time. Any change will be communicated on our website and when you continue to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the changes.
